Shipping — United States
We offer free 2-day shipping on all U.S. orders over $60.
- Orders ship within 1 business day of order confirmation via USPS Priority Mail or the selected carrier at checkout.
- Tracking information will be provided when available.
- While USPS Priority Mail is typically a 2-day service, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier volume or regional delays.
Please ensure your order is shipped to a secure delivery location. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Expedited Shipping
FedEx Overnight shipping is available at checkout at the buyer’s expense. Rates are calculated automatically.
International Shipping
International orders ship via FedEx International at a calculated rate shown during checkout.
- Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country.
- We recommend checking your local import policies prior to purchasing.
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, customs holds, mis-delivery, or carrier-related issues.
Size Exchanges (Wetsuits Only)
We want your wetsuit to fit perfectly.
- Free size exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase for orders shipped within the Continental United States.
- The wetsuit must be unused, unworn, and in new condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
- To initiate an exchange, email us and we’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship your replacement size.
All exchanged wetsuits are inspected upon return. Any signs of use — including sand, salt, or water exposure — may disqualify the exchange. Final exchange eligibility is determined at our discretion.
It's also very helpful to include a small note inside your package. Including your order number, name, address and exchange or refund request.
International Orders
Customers outside the Continental U.S. are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
Please note:
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Apparel items are not eligible for exchange.
Returns (Wetsuits Only)
Unused wetsuits may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Free return shipping is provided for returns within the Continental United States.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days.
Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible.
International Returns
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service; we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
