Warranty

This warranty applies to wetsuits submitted for evaluation and repair. For returns related to online purchases, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Wetsuit Warranty Coverage

We warranty our wetsuits against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Coverage includes seams and rubber materials under normal recreational use.

We stand behind the quality of our wetsuits. That said, wetsuits require proper care to perform as intended and to maintain their lifespan. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or normal wear is not covered.

What Is Not Covered

The following conditions void warranty coverage:

- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes such as fading, surface abrasion, or compression over time

- Cuts, punctures, or tears caused by fins, reefs, rocks, or other external objects

- Improper care or storage, including prolonged sun exposure, heat damage, chlorine exposure, or failure to follow care guidelines

- Alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than an authorized repair facility

- Commercial or instructional use, including rentals, lessons, or guiding

- Products sold as samples, seconds, used, or advertised as final sale

- Fit-related issues after the wetsuit has been used in the water (fit should be confirmed prior to first use)

- Warranty claims submitted without valid proof of purchase

Repairs that fall outside warranty coverage may still be serviced for a fee. Repair estimates will be provided when applicable.

Warranty Evaluation

All warranty claims are subject to inspection. We reserve the sole right to determine whether a product qualifies for repair or replacement. Submission of a warranty claim does not guarantee approval.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

Customers are responsible for shipping wetsuits to us for evaluation. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method (such as FedEx or UPS). We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
